Licitationen

Første etape af Filmhusene står klar på Flyvestation Værløse: 38 svanemærkede rækkehuse, hvor landskab og byrum er flettet
sammen.

De 38 huse er bygget med trækassetter; træelementer med indbygget isolering og dampspærre, produceret af Taasinge Elementer. Derved er brugen af beton i byggeriet reduceret markant, og derved reduceres også udledningen af CO2.
