Byens rum som udviklingsstrategi

’Midlertidighed’ synes at være kommet på alles læber. Københavns kommune vil tiltrække kreative og kunstneriske mennesker til Ørestad gennem billig leje og korttids-kontrakter mod at disse kreative men- nesker forpligter sig til at skabe liv i bydelen. Roskilde, Aarhus, Oslo, Amsterdam og mange andre byer taler om midlertidig og ’flydende’ planlægning. Med flydende mener byerne som regel netop midlertidig og en mere åben processuel planlægning uden politisk vedtagne planer for området.
