Saga

Saga comprises owner-occupied and rental apartments including student accommodations, 2-3-bed- room apartments and rowhouses. The buildings vary from 4-6 floors, and the diversity of housing types brings residents together across generations. The social meeting across ages is supported by a common courtyard that offers various functions e.g. playground and urban gardens aimed at both children, young people, adults and the elderly.

Juul Frost Architects have prioritized simplicity in the materials, but has differentiated the facades through variations in the volumes. Facades in white Mortar and copper-colored metal panels are the recurring materials of the three-sided apartment building, while the rowhouses are constructed in black Swiss Pearl metal panels.
