Grøndalsgrunden

The project promotes communities across different scales from the individual building to the cluster and the city in order to support local and intimate commu- nities as well as the greater community of the city. The ambition is to increase the daily everyday meetings between neighbours and between the rest of the town.

The residential area is designed as dense low-rise buildings organized in smaller clusters to comply with the municipalities wish for community, flexibility and safety.
