Humlebien Nimbusparken

In Nimbusparken on Frederiksberg, an old factory building is being transformed into 28 modern apartments. Previously, the famous Nimbus motorcycles and Nilfisk vacuum cleaners were produced in these premises, which have been repurposed with respect for their industrial past.

The building is characterized by whitewashed walls, and the original concrete ceilings have been preserved to emphasize the site's history. In most of the apartments, the freestanding columns have retained their original character, creating a unique space. Additionally, the windows have been renovated in line with the existing style. The large window sections ensure optimal lighting conditions for all the apartments and, in conjunction with the generous ceiling height, create spacious and bright living spaces.

The individual apartments are primarily designed in a New York style with few and straightforward rooms, centrally located sanitary facilities, bathrooms, and kitchens. The apartments are flexible, allowing them to be tailored to the users' individual needs.
