Roth / The Dungen Quarter

The architecture of Dungen or Roth is tailored for the irregular and challenging building site. Juul Frost Architects have developed a site-specific building concept with distinct volumes of red brick and black metal withdrawals in the façade. The facade concept emphasizes the vertical character of the tile volumes and provides the building with a dynamic facade.

The building concept enables a floor plan that is adapted to the many bends of the building site without compromising the quality of the apartments’ floor plans. The 70 rental apartments range from 1- to 4-room apartments, in order to support the social diversity in the building, which are directed to both students and families.
