HELLE JUUL IN CONVERSATION AT SMART CITY EXPO WORLD CONGRESS 2026
How can we move beyond creating liveable cities to shaping urban environments that actively support human health, social inclusion, and resilience?
On November 3, Helle Juul, founding partner of Juul Frost Architects and President og INTA, will take part in a conversation at Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 in Barcelona. Under the title From Liveable Cities to Urban Health Culture, the session will explore how we can rethink the role of cities in promoting human health and quality of life.
Urban development is not only about physical spaces, but also about the conditions cities create for everyday life. Building on Helle Juul’s work with INTA and Urban Health Culture of The Future, Helle explores how architecture and urban planning can contribute to healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable urban environments. This means connecting people’s needs with the qualities of local contexts and developing cities where health and well-being are integral to the way we plan and shape our surroundings.
