NEW DGNB AUDITOR FOR URBAN AREAS!
Congratulations to Associate Partner Hanna Svensson, who has just obtained the title of DGNB Auditor for urban areas!
Hanna is currently responsible for the DGNB certification of the urban area Munkebjerg Park in Odense. Munkebjerg Park is expected to be DGNB certified at the Silver level in 2024. The area covers 13.5 hectares and 80,000 m2 of construction, spread across 8 building plots, forming a dense and mixed neighborhood with residences, services, and businesses, connected by green surroundings.
Through careful screening, documentation, and evaluation, Hanna ensures an efficient, agile, and structured certification process: the systematization of documentation and evaluation materials creates a clear overview throughout the entire process.
As a DGNB consultant and auditor, Hanna looks forward to advising and certifying the urban areas of the future in accordance with the DGNB standard.
