WE MUST USE OUR RAW MATERIALS WISELY

After attending the conference Accelerated Circular Construction in Europe, it has become clearer to us than ever that Denmark lacks a clear and up-to-date strategy for the consumption of raw materials. Therefore, at Juul Frost Architects, we are becoming even more eager to initiate a standardized use of the raw materials we have in surplus within Denmark's borders.

Three years ago, we joined forces with Realdania and a range of consultants and developers to develop an industrial, standardized use of rammed earth. Today, Leralliancen has developed a load-bearing building module that can partially replace the use of concrete in construction, and which has both been tested and put into use.

We are actively working to promote a wise, strategic use of raw materials that are fundamental both to our landscapes and to how we build and live.
