Forus Business Park is one of Norway's largest and most important business clusters in the gas and oil industry. The area's 3,000 companies generate an annual turnover of 1,000 billion Norwegian kroner, equivalent to the entire Norwegian state budget. When the area is fully developed by 2040, it is expected to provide more than 70,000 jobs. Additionally, the plan includes the construction of 15,000 new homes in the area, spanning across Stavanger, Sandnes, and Sola municipalities.

Juul Frost Architects, serving as consultants, have developed the 'Vision Forus,' a comprehensive development strategy for Forus Business Park. The studio was entrusted with this task based on their experience in developing new and transforming existing neighborhoods, business areas, as well as campus and knowledge environments. The studio applies its own holistic development methodology, addressing business, architectural, social, and urban needs in a comprehensive approach. The strategy is currently under implementation.

Building on the Forus Vision, Juul | Frost Architects have created the regulatory plan for the Tvedt Climate Quarter, a pilot project for the entire Forus area.
