BELLA NORD BF21 – UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
In the northern part of Ørestad, construction of the residential development BF21 has now started!
Shared across the area around BF21 is the ambition to create a sustainable residential district. As part of the developer Solstra’s ambitious goals, the building is being designed with the objective of achieving at least a DGNB Gold certification according to the 2025 standard, as well as a life cycle assessment (LCA) of below 7.0 kg CO₂e per m² per year.
BF21 will also include a community house, built using the building materials of the future. Drawing on our experience from the development project Leralliancen, the community house will be constructed using rammed earth blocks—an excess material with significant potential.
We are pleased with the strong collaboration with the developer Solstra, the contractors V8 Construction A/S, and the engineers Artelia.
